Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FleetGrow (“FleetGrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the website and application at fleetgrow.app(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business.

2. The Service

FleetGrow is a fleet management application for rental hosts and small commercial fleets. It lets you track vehicles, trips, maintenance, renewals, documents, income and expenses, generate reports, and share guest pickup pages. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information (or sign in with Google).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Workspace owners control who is invited to their workspace and what data members can access.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Free tier: your first 2 cars are free indefinitely; no credit card is required.
  • Paid plans: paid subscriptions (billed monthly or annually) raise your vehicle limit. Current pricing is shown on our pricing section and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from Settings (via the Stripe customer portal). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your workspace moves to the free tier. Vehicles above the free limit become read-only until you subscribe again — we do not delete your data.
  • Refunds: handled per our Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of everything you put into the Service — vehicle records, trips, financial entries, documents, photos, and pickup-page content (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

  • Pickup pages: when you share a pickup or location page link, anyone with the link can view its content (including addresses and lockbox codes) until the link expires or you revoke it. Share responsibly.
  • Storage limits: uploads count against your workspace storage quota; we may enforce reasonable limits per plan.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication, or access data belonging to other workspaces.
  • Resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its data, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
  • Overload the Service with automated traffic beyond normal use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Reminders, Reports, and AI Features

  • Reminders are aids, not guarantees. Maintenance intervals, insurance and registration alerts depend on the data you enter and on email/notification delivery. You remain solely responsible for servicing your vehicles and keeping documents current and compliant.
  • Not tax or legal advice. Financial summaries and tax-oriented exports (e.g. Schedule C-style reports) are informational. Verify figures with your accountant before filing.
  • AI receipt scanning uses a third-party AI model to extract vendor, amount, date, and category from images. Extraction can be wrong — review each scanned entry before saving.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third parties we do not control — Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, maps/places), NHTSA vPIC (VIN decoding), and infrastructure and analytics providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. FleetGrow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Turo Inc.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FleetGrow and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding. We welcome feedback and may use it without obligation to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. After account deletion, your data is removed per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST — KEEP INDEPENDENT RECORDS OF CRITICAL DOCUMENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETGROW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FleetGrow is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you rights to a different venue.
