Refund Policy

1. The Short Version
- Your first 2 cars are free forever — try everything before paying a cent; no credit card required.
- You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Annual plans: full refund if you request it within 14 days of the charge.
- Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings (via the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing month. We do not issue prorated refunds for partially used months, except where required by law or in the situations listed in Section 4.
3. Annual Plans
If an annual plan isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the term ends.
4. Always Refunded
Regardless of plan or timing, we refund in full:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Charges after you cancelled, where the cancellation didn’t take effect due to a fault on our side.
- Extended outages: if a verified Service outage on our side prevented you from using FleetGrow for a substantial part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your FleetGrow account. Include the charge date and amount. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. What Happens to Your Data
Refunds and cancellations never delete your data. When a paid plan ends, your workspace moves to the free tier: everything stays visible, and vehicles above the free limit become read-only until you subscribe again. You can export your records at any time.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the current version. Changes do not affect refund requests already submitted. See our Terms of Service for the full agreement.
